Since joining TecMec Enterprises in 2016, I have gained invaluable experience in import and export functions, despite lacking a prior background in EXIM. The company's culture fosters a great sense of satisfaction, as each team member is given the right balance of responsibility and authority to own their departmental functions. Organic communication is encouraged throughout the organization, which helps us achieve our goals efficiently. One of the best aspects of working at TecMec is the work-life balance we enjoy. As a result, we can prioritize our roles and responsibilities based on the situation, enabling me to complete my Bharatnatyam Visharad while also performing my official functions.
