Looking back in 2023, I feel proud and grateful for my journey with TecMec. Owning a company has been a dream of mine since 2012, despite the uncertainty and fear of being over-ambitious. As someone with no family background in business, I felt apprehensive about leaving my job to start my own venture. However, with the support of my loved ones, colleagues, and customers, I realized that owning a business was a fulfilling journey. After 10 years, I can confidently say that it was a wise decision to take the leap. Owning a business allowed me to not only take care of myself but also support others in their journey. I learned invaluable lessons on handling difficult situations, people, and self-esteem.
